The MIPAnet Forum activities are integrated with the Joint Conference: The 4th ICePTI, the 13th ICTAP, and the XXXVI 2023 National Physics Symposium organized by the Physical Society of Indonesia. This activity was organized by MIPAnet at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur-Bali. The MIPAnet Forum activities were held for two days, namely 21-22 August 2023. At the Joint Conference five speakers presented in plenary speeches. The MIPAnet forum meeting was held after the afternoon session. The meeting was attended by 18 Deans from various universities. The meeting was chaired by the Secretary General of MIPAnet. At this meeting, various issues that were currently hotly discussed were discussed, namely the decline in interest in new student admissions, especially for the physics study program. Apart from that, strategies were also discussed to overcome limited equipment to support the learning process. On August 22 2023, MIPAnet Forum participants visited FMIPA Udayana University. During this visit, discussions were held to strengthen each other through inter-institutional cooperation. After carrying out a visit to FMIPA Udayana University, the event continued with a meeting and discussion with LAMSAMA. On this occasion LAMSAMA presented the Executive Director and Deputy Director for Finance at LAMSAMA. At this meeting a discussion took place between the meeting participants and LAMSAMA.
